Cato Advisory has taken a significant step in expanding its footprint by establishing its first physical office in the landmark NSW Government Office building at 27 Lynch Street, Young.
Cato Advisory has joined forces with residential finance broker Hilltops Home Loans – owned and operated by mortgage broker Lisa Brown – to share space in the heritage listed building, providing a full suite of agribusiness, commercial and residential loan services between them, all in the one office.
The move reflects Cato Advisory’s commitment to fostering stronger local connections while catering to its growing clientele.
“Young is a unique town in that it’s blessed with numerous professional services including accountants, insurance brokers, and solicitors,” Cato Advisory’s managing director, Tim Findlay, said.
“By providing a comfortable, private, and inviting space to discuss our clients’ financial strategies and goals allows us to deliver even better outcomes and completes the town’s professional services offering.
Agribusiness and commercial clients can call Tim Findlay on 0429 935 131 or email tim.findlay@catoadvisory.com.au to make an appointment.
